Addetto LLC ("Addetto", "we") operates AI-powered WhatsApp conversational agents and CRM tools for client businesses. This policy explains what data we process and how.

What data we process

When an end customer messages a business that uses Addetto on WhatsApp, we process: the phone number, the WhatsApp-visible profile name, and the content of the messages exchanged. We also process operational data the business records directly (appointments, service notes, payments) to provide the CRM service.

What we use this data for

Exclusively to operate the service contracted by the client business: replying to messages, scheduling appointments, keeping conversation history, and generating reports for the business owner. We do not use this data to train third-party models, and we do not sell it.

Where it's stored

Each business's data is stored in isolation — one business never has access to another's data. The infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects, with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials.

Who we share it with

We share data only with: (a) the relevant client business, which owns the relationship with its end customer, and (b) infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service (Cloudflare, Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API). We do not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as the client business keeps the service active. A business may request deletion of a specific end customer's data, or the full closure of its account, by writing to contacto@addettollc.com.
